Temenos Lifecycle Management Suite - Collection Product Guide
Web Parts

Dashboards are made up of different web parts in the Lifecycle Management Suite. This section provides a list of web parts that are available upon activation of the Lifecycle Management Suite.

The ability for users to create and customize dashboards is at the discretion of the System Administrator.
Name of Web Part Description
Case Detail Provides a listing of all cases for a selected case type. The case type that is displayed is defined in the web part's properties.

This web part displays the Case Number, Case Title, and Case Type.

Case Summary Provides a listing of all case types and the number of cases associated to each case type.
Charting Displays a chart that was built within a view. Users are also able to run the view for which the chart was designed by clicking on the web part. The chart that displays is configured within the web part's properties.
Collection Queue Summary Provides a summary of statistics related to collection queues.

The web part displays the Queue Name, number of users, DQ Amount, Total Balance, number of Accounts, number of Worked Accounts, number of Worked Persons, Accounts Not Worked, Persons Not Worked, and Percent Worked.

The web part displays all queues to which the current user is assigned. All queues, regardless of who they are assigned to, are displayed for an administrator.
The number of users is a count of the individual users that are assigned to the queue.
Collector Production Provides a summary of statistics related to individual collector production. The production statistics are based on workflows run only on accounts/persons.
The Average Time per Call is calculated based on the amount of time the user is logged in to the Lifecycle Management Suite divided by the number of calls made.
Failed Workflows Provides a listing of all workflows with failed steps.

The web part displays the name of the Workflow, the name of the Workflow Step and the date in which it was created.

My Assigned Workflows Provides a listing of all workflow steps in a workflow queue that are assigned to the current user.

The web part displays the name of the Workflow Step and the Due Date.

Person Queue Exceptions Provides a listing of persons that are eligible for queue placement but are not in a collection queue.

The web part displays the Person Number, name, Number of Accounts, and Total DQ Amount.

Promise Monitor Provides a listing of users, by performance group, that shows counts of targets and actuals for both kept and broken promises.
Promise Value Provides a listing of users, by performance group, that shows totals of targets and actuals for both kept and broken promises.
Queue Exceptions Provides a listing of accounts that are eligible for queue placement but are not in a collection queue.

The web part displays the Account Number, Primary Name on the account, Account Type, Days DQ, and DQ Amount.

Queue Performance Provides a listing of all collection queues along with total counts of Total Average Persons in a Queue, Total Average Accounts in a Queue, Total Average persons Worked in a Queue, Total Average Accounts Worked in a Queue, Total Average Remaining Persons to be Worked, and Total Average Remaining Accounts to be Worked.
Queue Value Provides a listing of all collection queues along with total counts and balance of all accounts, persons, existing accounts, and new accounts in each queue.
Reporting Services Loads a Reporting Services report into a dashboard web part.
Suspended Workflows Provides a listing of all workflows with interactive steps that could not be completed automatically.

The web part displays the name of the workflow, the workflow step, and the date it was created.

System Integration

When this view is ran, the URL set in the View properties opens. For example, if http://www.temenos.com/en-us/ is set in the properties, Temenos's homepage opens when the view is run.

http:// must be present in the URL.
User Performance Provides a listing of users by performance group, showing targets and actuals for calls, contacts, and promises. See the Frequently Asked questions from the User Performance topic.
User Schedule Provides a listing of users, by performance group, showing details of the user's schedule in a given time frame.                

The web part displays Login, Logout, Hours Worked, number of Breaks, Hours Break, and Session number.

View Using this web part, configured views can be assigned to open when this web part is ran. Views are assigned within the web part's properties.
Workflow Queue Detail Provides a listing of all tasks in a selected workflow queue. Tasks are assigned within the web part's properties to display.

The web part displays the Workflow Name, Step Name, Due Date, Created By, Primary's Name, Account number, and Case number.

Workflow Queue Summary Provides a listing of all workflow queues and the number of active tasks in each queue.

This web part displays the Workflow Queue Name and Number of workflows.
